Founder’s Note

Beatriz’s journey with Pilates began in 2009 after she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. On the recommendation of her physicians, she turned to reformer Pilates to improve her strength, balance, and mobility. Years later, she brought that passion and belief in movement-based healing back to her hometown of Coral Gables and created a studio built on care, intention, and community.
